Card of the day
Do I need an account to draw my card of the day?
No. The card of the day is free and available as soon as you open the application, without signing up.
Why can I only draw one card per day?
The card of the day is a ritual: one card, one message, one day. A new card is available every day at midnight.
Can I choose between the Tarot de Marseille and the Petit Lenormand?
Yes. Choose your deck before drawing your card. The Tarot card of the day is drawn from the 22 major arcana.

Weekly and monthly readings
What is the difference between the readings?
The weekly reading uses 3 cards, the monthly reading 5 cards in a cross. Each can be done on the theme of love, work or general, with the Tarot de Marseille or the Petit Lenormand.
How does a reading work?
Take a moment to focus, choose your cards from the spread-out deck, turn them over, then read the description of each card and the overall reading.
Why can't I do the same reading again today?
To preserve the reflective nature of the practice, each combination of deck, format and theme is limited to one reading per day. The reading already done is displayed again. You can change theme or deck, and do this reading again tomorrow.
How are the readings written?
Each card carries a symbolism established over centuries, the same symbolism studied by card readers. The reading is composed from these meanings, the position of each card, the connections between them and the chosen theme. An artificial intelligence assembles the text so that it is specific to your spread, never a pre-written text. Only your cards, your theme and your optional question are used.
Can I ask a question?
Yes, on the weekly and monthly readings. The question is optional and refines the reading. Avoid entering personal data in it.
Are the readings reliable?
They are offered for entertainment and personal reflection. They do not replace the advice of a health, legal or financial professional.

Journal and sharing
Where can I find my past readings?
In "My journal", accessible from the home screen. Readings are kept there on your phone.
How do I share a reading?
From a reading, tap "Share". An image of the spread is created, which you can send or post wherever you like.
What happens if I change phone?
The journal, the card of the day and the birth data are stored only on the device. They are not transferred automatically.

Birth chart
What does my birth chart contain?
Your three pillars: the Sun (your essence), the Moon (your emotions) and the Ascendant (the image you project), with their sign, their strengths, their points to watch and a piece of advice for each, as well as your chart wheel and a combined portrait.
What do I need?
Your date, time and place of birth. Without the time, the Ascendant cannot be calculated and the Moon may be approximate.
How is it calculated?
From the actual positions of the Sun and the Moon at your birth, calculated on your phone. Your birth data is not sent anywhere.
Is the birth chart free?
The birth chart is reserved for registered members. An in-depth version, with the planets and the houses, will be available in a future release.

Account and purchases
How do I create an account?
From the home screen or the settings, tap "Create an account or sign in" and follow the steps with your e-mail address.
How do I change my e-mail or my password?
In the settings, once signed in.
How do I delete my account?
In the settings, "Delete my account". Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
How do purchases work?
Purchases and subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Prices are displayed in the application. A subscription is managed and cancelled from your App Store or Google Play account.
How do I restore my purchases on a new phone?
Sign in with the same App Store or Google Play account, then use "Restore my purchases" in the settings.

Security and personal data
Is my data protected?
Yes. The application complies with the GDPR and collects the minimum: an e-mail and a username if you create an account. Everything else stays on your phone. No data is sold or used for advertising purposes.
What is sent to the artificial intelligence?
Only your cards, their position, the theme and your optional question. Never your name, your e-mail, your birth data or your location.
Is the application available in several languages?
Yes, in 3 languages: French, English and Spanish. Other languages may be added later.
