Delete your account

You can delete your Meet My Medium account and the associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

From the app (recommended)

1. Open the app and go to Settings (icon at the top right).
2. In the My account section, tap “Delete my account”.
3. Confirm. Your account and profile are deleted immediately.

Without access to the app

Write to us from the e-mail address linked to your account at meetmymediumsupport@gmail.com, with the subject “Account deletion”. We process the request within 30 days at most, usually within a few days.

What is deleted

• Your login account (e-mail) and your profile.
• The data linked to your account on our servers.

What is kept, and why

• A deletion log (identifier, e-mail, reason, date) is kept for 1 year for evidence and security purposes, then erased automatically.
• Your readings and journal are stored only on your phone: they disappear when you uninstall the app or delete them from the settings.

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are managed by those stores; deleting the account does not refund them.
